The current iteration of the Card Suite Pro lacks a streamlined process for cardholders encountering damaged or malfunctioning cards. In these scenarios, cardholders face inconvenience and delays in obtaining a replacement card. To address this issue, we propose the implementation of a new feature within the Card Suite Pro app.

Feature Description: The proposed feature will empower cardholders to seamlessly request a re-issuance of their card in the event of damage or malfunction. Upon initiating the re-issuance request through the Card Suite Mobile app, the system will automatically trigger the issuance of a replacement card, eliminating the need for manual intervention by the cardholder. This process will leverage Digital Issuance (DI) technology to swiftly generate and add the reissued card to the Card Suite Mobile app.

However, it is important to note that while the reissued card will be digitally accessible through the app, the physical card will still be dispatched via standard mail services. It's essential to recognize that Card Suite will not be responsible for tracking the delivery status of the physical card.

This feature aims to enhance the user experience by providing a seamless and efficient solution for card re-issuance, ensuring minimal disruption to cardholders' financial activities.

This feature will significantly influence administrative operations across multiple centers, including Support and Control. These key administrative areas will be meticulously incorporated into the design process to ensure comprehensive coverage and optimal functionality.
